Over 20 years working in the fitness industry. High level CrossFit competitor, twice European champion. A passionate Olympic weightlifter & coach. Paul successfully runs Wakefield CrossFit and Millenia fitness group exercise.
The Hybrid Gym is the next step in his fitness venture assisting all members of all abilities to improve their health and physical performance.

Previously a PE teacher with 10 years experience in the education system. Currently a youth strength and conditioning coach and owner of FutureFIT Youth Physical Development based at Wakefield CrossFit.
